Worship and Ministries
Our Worship Is Simple and Devout
Our worship consists only of those elements which the New Testament reveals as having been used as worship by the church in the days of the Apostles. We sing and pray, partake of the Lord’s Supper; have the Word of God preached for our instruction, and give of our means for the spreading of the Gospel and caring for the poor. In all of this, we seek to maintain the attitude in which Christ taught when He said: “God is a Spirit, and they that worship Him must worship in Spirit and Truth.” (John 4:24)
While listening to our preacher, you will no doubt hear encouragements to follow the Lord in your life.
During our worship services, all are given the opportunity to obey Jesus's commands and become a child of God. Therefore, encouragements to believe in Jesus as God’s Son, repent of one’s sinful life and be baptized into Christ will be heard during your visit. Any sincere questions about the teachings of the Lord will always be afforded a warm and careful study with you.
We offer varied spiritual services and would be happy to assist you. We have free Bible Correspondence Courses and friendly people who will joyously respond to you in times of trouble and stress. We truly hope you will accept our invitation to meet with us soon. It will be our pleasure to have you and we sincerely believe coming will benefit you. Should you have any questions or concerns feel free to give us a call anytime.
Alzheimer’s Support Group
Coping with the day-to-day problems and physical care of a person with Alzheimer's is both emotionally and physically draining. You are invited to come to the support group at the Brentwood Church of Christ. We meet every other first Friday at 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. You can share as little or as much as you want to get an answer or solution to your problem. Our aim is to help you learn to cope with the day-to-day issues.
Youth Efficaciously Serving (Y.E.S.)
Our YES Group was created to bring our youth into a closer relationship with Jesus and one another. We will mentor and guide youth through this time of spiritual formation and help them and their families adapt the teachings of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ so that they may develop a deeper committed relationship with Jesus and the church. It is through that purpose that our vision is to establish a quality. We provide the tools for youth to explore, expand and build their faith. We will continue to challenge and encourage youth to commit their lives to Christ.

Chapple Scholarship Fund will award qualifying students with a one-time financial scholarship to assist with some of the financial cost for higher education. It is our hope that every child will have the opportunity and resources to pursue their talents and education, which will equip them to be future leaders in the service of God and their community.
The Christian Couples Ministry (CCM)
CCM aims to support and strengthen Christian marriages by holding couples fellowship sessions and date nights throughout the year. While confidentially is maintained at the bi-monthly fellowship sessions; couples are able to socialize and discuss the challenges of marriage in the face of today's secular pressures and temptations. Date night activities are designed to draw couples closer together through fun activities. Couples gain a network of support by fellowshipping with other Christian couples. CCM's Black Marriage Day event is held annually on the fourth Saturday. This community-wide event draws over 100 attendees.
